2006 - 2022

Our Baby crossed the Rainbow Bridge In the evening of Wednesday, July 20, 2022.

I found Baby in the McDonald’s parking lot when she was 5 weeks old, covered in motor oil and fleAs and dehydrated. The lady who stopped behind me to help chase her down said she could take her to live with her barn cats, but something in thAt little face had me smitten from the moment I saw her, and so I took her home after a trip to the vet where she was treated for the fleas and I was given instructions on how to nurse her back to health. No one expected her to survive. But she did! And as my husband and I were unable to have children or adopt, I absolutely think God put her in front of my car that day to give us a companion and someone to love on. To fill the void in our hearts. Because she did become like our child. We named her Baby, which suited her perfectly.
Baby SUCCUMBED to kidney failure On 7/20/22. I would give ANYTHING for one last chance to hug and kiss Her and tell Her how much she meant and still means to her daddy and Me, and how blessed we were to have her in our lives. There will never ever be another Baby. I hope she felt how much we truly loved her just as we felt the love from her. We love you so, so very much Baby.

RIP till we meet again baby girl.
